Senior Application Engineer - Foxboro DCS System

We're looking for a self-driven, customer-focused Senior Application Engineer with deep expertise in Foxboro DCS systems to join our team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working across the full lifecycle of automation projects-from design to commissioning-this role is for you.

What will you do?

  • Lead and execute DCS projects for O&G and process industries
  • Design, configure, and commission Foxboro DCS systems
  • Interpret P&IDs, control narratives, and I/O databases
  • Develop HMI (FoxView/CHMI), troubleshoot systems, and support site startups
  • Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with Foxboro DCS (200 series hardware, Control Configurator, FoxView, CHMI)
  • Strong knowledge of CSA/CEC codes and DCS cabinet design
  • Experience with Wonderware Historian, FDSI, alarm rationalization, and cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with networks, VMs (Hyper-V/VMware), and system hardening
  • Engineering degree or Instrumentation Technology diploma
  • APEGA registration is a plus
