Summary
The Primary responsibilities of Segment Marketing Leader focus on China market and drive the segment business growth of China LVC leading segments, Commercial Building, Data Center, Electrics, Transportation & Airport, New Energy, Healthcare, etc. This includes assessing and prioritizing the customer and market requirements, working closely with front office in China, Global Marketing /Commercial team, and China /Global offer management team to deliver market-leading Segment value-propositions, Segment intelligence, Market Segment specific Offer deployment, and define segment roadmap cross BUs.

Develop Market Segment intelligence leading to tailored Market Segment value-propositions:

- Set the strategy of Marketing Mix, Applications, Offer, Access, Customers, Pricing and profit, communication language, KPI on LVC leading segments.
- Provide the local Market Segment Insights on basis of comprehensive Business intelligence leading to tailored Market Segment value-propositions, with specific focus on trends, implications, possibilities.
- Adapt the Market Segment Value Propositions to local context
- Provide recommendations for proper local "go to market" rules
- Provide relevant Market analysis (Market segmentation, AMR...) for Market Segment
- Contribute to elaboration and yearly update of local Market Segment Business Plan
Drive the Market Segment specific Offer deployment:
- Plan the 1-3-year Segment Road Map Cross BU for each segment
- Drive the local Market Segment offer deployment (cross-BU)
- Manage locally the Market Segment specific Solution offers (including Struxureware suite for Market Segment)
- Adapt the global Market Segment toolbox to local context
- Brew and delve deep the new emerging segment to pivot the future business growth
Drive the Market Segment internal & external impact:
- Interact with the external Market Segment community to improve Schneider's visibility.
- Embed the Schneider Branding and create Schneider Technical impact in professional segment association.
- Make the impact on technical innovation by segments community to prepare for the seats in the long run.
- Lead team to plan and implement marcom assets and activities to enhance segment impact.
- Lead/participate in segment standards to strengthen Schneider's thought leadership.
Lead the segment marketing team to drive the result
- Set the segment strategy on the LVC-leading segments
- Drive the team members to make the impact on partners in the eco-system
Minimum Qualification Criteria
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical & Automaton industry
- Power products sales and marketing experience
- Good knowledge about the electrical distribution systems and power quality
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Equivalent
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Exposure in working cross functional as well as cross cultural environments
- Experience in internal and external customer handling.
- Experience in offer life cycle management.
- Experience in Marketing communion management
