Scrum Master - Agile Software Projects (Galway, Ireland)

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Secure Power CTO team in Galway. You'll lead Agile software projects that support global customers, coordinating cross-functional teams across Ireland, India, and beyond. This is a hands-on delivery and governance role, not just coaching or facilitation.

You'll support our Network Management Card application development portfolio and contribute to our wider tech strategy in AI, cooling, power, and battery innovation. You will work with local and international stakeholders to enable strategic Schneider offers with cyber secure, intuitive and scalable web-based interfaces that provide customers with a robust interface to allow easy and effective device management.

What you'll do:
  • Manage Agile delivery of 3 to 5 key software initiatives
  • Coordinate global teams using Agile and Kanban methodologies
  • Support project governance, tracking milestones and risk
  • Communicate clearly with tech leads and business stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Galway based and global PMO team
  • Contribute to our long-term roadmap and technology pipeline


What you'll bring:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in project management (Agile or hybrid)
  • Track record of success in driving medium to large complex projects to completion
  • Confidence to work independently and speak up when needed
  • Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with Java, C/C++, or embedded dev environments is useful
  • PMP or similar certification (or working towards one)
  • Based in Ireland with 10 to 15% travel availability
