Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our Agile development squads in creating software, firmware, and hardware solutions that drive sales growth and meet customer needs. You will lead Agile squads, delivering solutions for our sales teams, partners, and end-user networks worldwide. You will also coach others in Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 2-5 Agile initiatives, coordinating 10-15 people across multiple countries.
  • Lead and coach Agile development squads , fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure transparency in squad performance through Agile tools, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Communicate goals, objectives, squad velocity, achievements, and challenges in a diverse, global organization.
  • Present analysis, reporting, and recommendations to management and provide input to executive decision-making.
  • Champion customer needs by delivering high-quality products while balancing company profitability and resource utilization.
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate risks impacting squad performance.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in Offer Creation across the full lifecycle of large-scale complex programs.
  • Experience in software, firmware, and/or hardware development and R&D environments.
  • Proficiency in Agile Development and best practice
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent presentation and training abilities.
  • Ability to manage communication with stakeholders and business leaders, driving issue resolution.
  • Customer-focused with solid relationship management skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Expertise in leading and coaching others in Offer Creation, Waterfall and Agile best practices.
  • Risk management expertise.
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to excel in your field.
  • Ability to foster open, honest, and candid communication.
  • Proficiency in using reporting and metrics to manage organizational performance.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Metric-driven and accountable for results.
  • Ability to engage executives and customers in technical, project, and product discussions.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, and other Agile tool suites.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Offer Creation certification(s) (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, MPM, CPM, Scrum Master, CompTIA Project+, SAFe certified) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Available for domestic and international travel as needed.
