The Role: Sales Support Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional who can help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and generate commercial value for our business.

You will:
• Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Support senior leadership in strategizing, structuring, and executing daily operational functions.

• Contribute to the oversight of team budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, schedules, and performance logs.
• Evaluate team performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Address escalated issues and facilitate conflict resolution within the team.
• Coordinate with the Senior Leadership Team (PLP and US) to understand and support their administrative needs.
• Collaborate closely with PLP leaders to align on strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional success.
• Promote and exemplify the company's core values in all leadership and team engagement activities.
• Perform other functions as assigned by the Commercial and Digital Services Leader.
Qualifications
Who would be successful? (Fill in - what are the qualifications for this role)
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in sales operations, sales support, or customer service
• Proven experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Key Competencies:
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to use data to support decision-making.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs
• Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
