We're looking for a relationship-driven territory sales professional to take ownership of the Nelson, Marlborough, and West Coast regions. If you've built your career in territory or area sales; we'll support you with everything you need to thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build strong, long-term relationships with electricians, wholesalers, builders, and specifiers.
- Drive territory growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and solution selling.
- Introduce customers to innovations that are reshaping how homes operate, making them more efficient, connected, and sustainable.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Represent Schneider Electric at trade events, expos, and training sessions.
- Travel across your region with some overnight stays (fully maintained vehicle provided).

Who You Are
You're a confident communicator and natural relationship builder with a proven track record in territory, area, or field sales. You're curious, self-motivated, and excited to learn how innovative solutions can improve lives.
- Experience in sales with territory or account management responsibilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable learning and explaining concepts that drive customer value
- Digitally savvy and organised, with a growth mindset
- Full driver's licence and ability to travel regionally
