🏢 Departament and Project description :

The mission of this department is to drive operational excellence through our end to end Reward Campaigns and benefits and to support Reward Solutions partner to provide and drive a total rewards strategy that is competitive , meaningful , inclusive and empowering to drive success now and in the future.

What will you learn?

  • Manage the country's Rewards campaigns, such as the STIP (Short Term Incentive Plan), the SIP (Sales Incentive Plan), the GSR (Global Salary Review), the employee share ownership program (WESOP), and/or Profit Sharing.


  • Manage the country's Rewards benefits, such as flexible compensation, wellness programs, and/or the pension plan.


  • Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits in the country.


  • Manage benefits and rewards programs.


  • Manage executive management benefits .


  • Ability to coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with local and international regulations in the area.


  • Ensure data consistency in HR systems.


  • Participate in market surveys on C&B.


  • Monitor market trends in C&B.


  • Handle ad hoc queries related to the area.


🔍 Are you who we are looking for?

  • You're studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Proactive, organized , detail-oriented profile with a strong ability to work as part of a team and collaborate under pressure .


  • Analytical skills and experience in data management .


  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, O365.


  • Ability to communicate effectively .


  • High level of confidentiality and professional ethics .


  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English.


  • Experience in payroll , social security , personal income tax , compensation , and benefits .


  • Experience in multinational companies ( desirable ).


  • Experience with other tools such as Power Platform / Tableau BI ( desirable ).


  • Outgoingness and desire to learn .


  • Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day ( Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings . The schedule is flexible, and you can start between 8 and 10am.


  • To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months .


  • Be available to start in November .
