The mission:
The Digital Process Expert is a pivotal role in optimizing, transforming, and digitizing business processes within the Enterprise IT Europe Supply Chain & Manufacturing IT ecosystem to enhance business performance and competitiveness. This position involves analyzing current workflows, implementing SAP or Best of Breed solutions, and driving continuous improvement to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

The role bridges the gap between business operations and technology, ensuring seamless integration and process efficiency. The Digital Process Expert will play a vital role in advancing the organization's digital transformation journey. By leveraging SAP or BoB capabilities, they will drive operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and enable the business to adapt to changing market demands.
Key responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis and Optimization :
- Assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Digital Global teams to map and redesign processes for better performance.
- SAP or Best of Breed (BoB) Solution Implementation :
- In cooperation with Digital Technology Center, configure and customize SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Contribute to the deployment of SAP or BoB solutions and ensure their alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for SAP integration.
- Process Innovation :
- Propose innovative solutions to address emerging business needs.
- Specify or introduce new tools and methodologies for process improvement, leveraging SAP or other system's features.
- Drive automation and innovation using technologies AI.
- Change Management :
- Support change management initiatives related to process improvements and SAP deployments.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure user adoption and understanding of SAP or BoB tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Serve as a bridge between business teams and IT departments to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on process improvements.
- Document and communicate process changes and their impact on operations.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track and report on process performance.
- Contribute to regular reviews to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented processes.
- Compliance and Risk Management :
- Ensure that all digital processes comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
What you bring to the role:
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in business process management or SAP implementation projects
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Signavio, or equivalent
- Project Management basics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies
- Proficiency in SAP tools and modules relevant to the business domain (SAP PS module)
- WM/PP/PM/QM/SD/VC/MM is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong relationship builder - both internally within Schneider Digital and business stakeholders as well as with external partners
- Comfortable in handling relationships at senior leadership level in the organization
- Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
- Experience working with others globally, in a matrixed setting
- Fluent in English
- Travel requirements up to 30%
