The Digital Power Application Center (DPAC) is the division of Schneider Electric specialized in the tendering, engineering and execution of protection, control, monitoring and automation solution s for the Power & Grid, Data C enters, Energy & Chemical , Transportation & Renewable segment markets.
We are currently seeking a D igital Power Regional (APAC) Engineering Leader .
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilit ies of the role include (But n ot limited to):
- Define and implement the engineering strategy which will support the achievement of the objectives within the region in terms of orders , margin & sales .
- Lead large/complex technical, unindustrialized solutions to support smooth execution.

- Analyze and propose key differentiative offer value propositions with sales & tendering community as per customer need to improve b usiness opportunities.
- Define the most effective engineering set up to apply for the tender and execution of complex projects while w/o affecting overhead absorption in country & region.
- Ensure the engineering governance is applied in each local DPAC to mitigate technical risks during project execution.
- Act as an escalation point in case of technical issues unresolved by local DPACs.
- Be a key enabler of the adoption (within local DPAC s) of new solutions and technologies released by our Line Of Business / R&D teams
- Ensure the skillsets development, training , certifications required by each local DPAC engineering team is implemented to reach the business targets.
- Manage technical resources allocation.
- Collaborate with our R egional E ngineering Platform (REP) in India and support coordination with local DPAC s to manage the project timelines, scope and technical interfaces .
Experience :
- Proven leadership e xperience managing multi-disciplinary resources across international geographies.
- >10 years in the System & project business
- >10 years in digital systems ( Electrical SCADA / Power Management / Building automation / Cybersecurity
- >5 years in the engineering, configuration & deployment of digital solutions
Skills :
- Solid leadership and emotional intelligence skills , with demonstrated ability to engage others, influence organizational culture and provide strong direction.
- Ability to identify opportunities for change and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluent in English
- Strong Knowledge in Digital Power System
- Business result driven.
Qualifications :
- Master Degree in Electrical Engineering with >1 0 Years of working experience in the field of Energy Automation, Digital Power Solutions .
