The Digital Power Application Center (DPAC) is the division of Schneider Electric specialized in the tendering, engineering and execution of protection, control, monitoring and automation solution s for the Power & Grid, Data C enters, Energy & Chemical , Transportation & Renewable segment markets.
We are currently seeking a D igital Power Regional Project Manager (APAC)
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilit ies of the role include (But n ot limited to):
- Lead the project execution of the most co mplex digital power solutions in the Asia Pacific region.
- Ensure high c ustomer satisfaction during project execution to drive recurring business .

- Drive s uccessful project execution to fulfill scope, specification compliance and schedule.
- Ensure project s profitability ( drive margin increase at project completion )
- Excellent cost control management as well as excellent management of risks and opp ortunities
- Act as coach / functional manager toward project managers with in local DPAC s of the Asia Pacific regio n (share best practices, act as escalation point)
- Ensure projects run within region comply to Schneider Electric project execution governance.
- Prepare project reviews with the project team & finance controller and present them to the project review committee (invoicing, sales, costs to completion , margin, risk & oppties ...)
- Gather lessons learned from projects r u n in the region and implement actions at regional level for continuous improvements.
- Constantly assess whether improvement actions should be put in place at regional or local level to drive efficiency and or lead to incremental business.
- Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives defined by global and / or regional DPAC leader
Experience :
- > 5 years' experience in Project Management in the energy sector ( in the digital power domain is a strong plus)
- >5 years' experience in the project / solution business
- >5 years' experience of f unctional management of multi-disciplinary teams across international geographies.
Skills :
- Excellent team spirit able to collaborate with people from various cultures and background
- C ustomer driven mindset
- Highly committed to work with a proactive and business-oriented approach
- Able to work under pressure (time, cost, customer) and adjust to unexpected situati ons
- Proficient in planning tools ( e.g. MS Project)
- Reporting at the good level and frequency
- Knowledge SAP project module
- Fluent in English
- Able to travel in different countries (20%)
Qualifications :
- Master degree from an engineering or a business school
