What would be some of your responsibilities?
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with local guidelines.
- Assign and coordinate work orders, ensuring proper preparation and ongoing customer communication.
- Install and configure EcoStruxure IT software (PCNS, Netbotz, IT Advisor, IT Optimize, DCE, IT Expert, Cooling Vigilant) both remotely and onsite.
- Provide configuration support for Schneider Network Management Cards.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Delivery Managers and Project Managers.
- Troubleshoot EcoStruxure IT software and basic network protocols (SNMP, Modbus RTU/TCP).
- Develop and maintain project documentation to enhance customer experience.
- Support cross-border collaboration to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Communicate project steps and prerequisites to internal and client teams.
- Document project tasks and contribute to technical reviews for product enhancements.
- Deliver post-configuration reviews and admin training to partners and end users.
- Liaise with Global Product Managers and Advanced Custom Solutions teams for feedback and improvements.
- Generate leads for services and licenses; collaborate with regional sales to deliver tailored solutions.
- Perform basic Linux administration and work with hyperconverged infrastructure (Dell VxRail, Nutanix AHV/ESXi, HPE SimpliVity, Cisco HyperFlex).
- Handle PKI and SSL certificate configurations.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting DCIM solutions in data center environments.
- Strong customer-facing, project management, and troubleshooting skills.
- Technical knowledge of:
- Data center IT components (servers, blades, switches, rack PDUs)
- Network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, SNMP, Modbus)
- Structured cabling (fiber, copper)
- Facilities components (UPS, PDUs, power systems, cooling units)
- VMware vSphere ESX/ESXi and PCNS configuration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
- Experience with data center surveys and audits.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce and WO management.
