Quality Systems Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a company's quality management systems.
What will you do?
- Evaluating existing quality control systems and procedures and identifying areas for improvement
- Implementing new quality processes and systems, and monitoring their effectiveness
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the compliance of quality standards in their processes. Conducting regular quality audits to ensure adherence to set standards and regulations
- Providing training and guidance to staff about quality standards and best practice.
- Developing and maintaining documentation, such as quality manuals and quality procedures.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding quality.
- Participating in the review and development of new products to ensure quality standards are met
- Keeping up to date with the latest quality standards and regulations in the industry
- This position is to travel 30% of the time.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Experiences with Assembly Process
- Knowledge the Internal Auditor Process of ISO9001, 14000, 26000, OSHAS 18000
- Knowledge of Quality Core Tools like SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D Methodology.
Who will you report to?
- This position reports to the NAM Customer Satisfaction and Quality Manager.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Internal Quality Auditor > 2 years
- >2 years or relevant experience in a Quality role
