QUALITY MANAGER
The Quality Manager drives quality processes excellence within from Suppliers to Customers.
Manages Quality Management System including internal audits and ISO 9001 certification.
Implement the Global directives and policies, and as part of the Quality Network.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall organization and management of the project audit program and reporting any actions that arise from audit findings; identifying and scheduling audits to be carried out; and the identification / selection of the Auditees, Audit Team Leaders, Auditors, and scope of audits.
- Ensures project QA plan and resources are in place for each new project.
- Establish and maintain QA process for FAT and audit selected check/punch lists.
- Identify & capitalize on best practices and lessons learned in CS&Q. Ensure the right level of competency for the CS&Q teams.
- Establish process for reducing quote take-off errors, track results.
- Establish and maintain QA process, procedures, and best practices.
- Take ownership of project quality issues, complaint requests, and ensure satisfactory resolution, in support of Project Managers
- If required, take part of major opportunities/projects gate reviews.
- Manage I2P Warm loop for all Customer complaints and internal issues related to Customer Projects (animate Customer Complaint process to get in place an effective action plan dedicated to each complaint, ensure timely closing of customer complaint action plan in full satisfaction for the customer.)
- Manage I2P analysis loop (identification Coordinate with GSC QA groups associated with project issues.
- Participate in quality communities of practice.
- Focus on building a robust Quality Management System to support all the project Quality Assurance activities for any type of project,
- Align this framework with the CPP and other project specific documentation based on the quality procedures repository.
- Take part of Customer Satisfaction network and contribute to Quality community of practice.
- Drive the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, lean 6 sigma, Schneider Solution System, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement.
- Animate I2P process (Warm, cold & analysis loops) for internal issues related to Customer Projects (get in place an effective action plan dedicated to each complaint, ensure timely closing of action plan.
- Implement and maintain Execution Center Quality Management System in line with Customer and ISO 9001 requirements.
- If required, write specific project quality policies, and follow it during execution, based upon Execution Center Quality Management System.
- Responsible for the overall organization and management of the project audit program and reporting any actions that arise from audit findings; identifying and scheduling audits to be carried out; and the identification / selection of the Auditees, Audit Team Leaders, Auditors, and scope of audits.
- Take part of Customer Satisfaction network and contribute to Quality community of practice.
- "Implement the Schneider Electric quality policy, define CS&Q roles, targets and objectives within the Execution Center.
- Ensure the effective management of Detractors, and the elimination of the reasons of their dissatisfaction.
- Ensure setup and execution of relevant action plans to improve customer satisfaction and experience, on priority topics."
- Alert Execution Center management on critical and key issues related to Quality and Customer satisfaction.
