Description - External
1. Maintain and optimize quality management system to ensure it is appropriate, sufficient and effective to cope with business growth.
2. Management of quality system documents, including documents creation, revision and release, and provide training to staffs.
3. In charge of internal audit & management review and follow up for the NCR closure.
4. Handle with customer audit, including preparation of documents and follow up with NCR closure.
5. Assist the product certification engineer to prepare the application documents for standard product certification(UL,TLC,DNV,VDE and etc) and support for 3 rd party factory audit.
6. In charge of product certification for ETO products, as contact window for certification body and test lab, lead the factory audit and follow up with NCR closure.

7. Responsible for the calibration of inspection & testing instruments.
8. In charge of company continuous improvements projects.
9. Coordinate employee suggestion collection and evaluation.
10. SPS(Schneider Performance System) audit preparation as owner for specific item
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
资格
Qualifications - External
1. Bachelor degree, major in Electronics/Electrical Engineering is preferred
2. More than three years experience in similar role, deep understanding of ISO9001 or IATF16949, QS internal auditor is preferred
3. Knowledge in product certification(CCC/UL/TLC and etc.) is required
4. Good written and verbal English
5. Six Sigma blackbelt or green belt is preferred.
