Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations for our energy management projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex warehouse functions, including inbound, inventory, and outbound logistics, with a strong emphasis on material flow planning, third-party warehouse management, and KPI performance. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of materials to support project execution.
Warehouse Operations Management

- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving (inbound), storage (inventory), and dispatch (outbound) of materials.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse layout, material handling, and storage optimization.
Material Flow Planning

- Develop and execute material flow strategies to support project timelines and minimize handling costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, project management, and logistics teams to align material availability with project schedules.
- Analyze material movement trends and implement improvements to reduce bottlenecks and delays.
Third-Party Warehouse Management

- Manage and coordinate operations with third-party warehouse service providers (3PLs).
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with performance standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of third-party providers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all warehouse-related issues with external partners.
Contract & Insurance Management

- Lead the renewal of warehouse contracts and logistics service agreements.
- Ensure all warehouse operations are covered by appropriate insurance policies.
- Liaise with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
KPI Monitoring & Performance Management

- Own and drive performance against key warehouse KPIs:
- Warehouse On-Time Inbound
- Warehouse On-Time Outbound
- Inventory Accuracy
- Warehouse Budget Control
- Generate and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Identify root causes of performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership & Compliance

- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff and coordinate with third-party teams to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with all shareholders and stakeholders including Project Managers, Site Managers, Project Directors, Service Providers, Subcontractors, ETO Plants, Logistics, Procurement, and Customers.
SAP Operations

- Ensure on-time issuance of Goods Received Receipts (GRRs).
- Handle stock movements on SAP.
- Ensure on-time Goods Issuance on SAP.
- Prepare materials for customer review and ensure customer sign-off on Material Receiving Report (MRR).

Qualifications

About You

Education: Ba chelor's degree.

Language requirements: F luent in French & English is a must

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the energy, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven expertise in inbound, inventory, and outbound logistics.
- Strong experience in material flow planning and warehouse layout optimization.
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in contract, logistics service agreements, and insurance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:

- Certification in APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Six Sigma, or PMP is a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in warehouse operations.
