Project Planner

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a profesional con orientación en ingeniería, para ocupar la posición de Project Planner para el Execution Center de Argentina, Paraguay y Uruguay.

La persona será responsable por la planificación y seguimiento del cronograma y de sus tareas asociadas durante toda la vida del proyecto. Participará desde la planificación, la ejecución, el control, monitoreo y el cierre del mismo. Estará asignada/o en varios proyectos a la vez, que podrán ser de distinta índole y especialidad técnica (proyectos eléctricos de BT y MT, subestaciones eléctricas, automatismo y control, instalaciones termomecánicas para data centers, entre otras.).

Deberá trabajar junto al o la Project Manager para asegurar la correcta planificación y tracking de las tareas del proyecto como así también la coordinación con las áreas de Supply Chain, Compras, Servicios, Ingeniería, Tendering, Calidad, etc.

Se requiere gran orientación a los procesos. Deberá especializarse y liderar esta área para cumplir y hacer cumplir los procesos del área de ejecución de proyectos.

Responsabilidades:

- Realizar la planificación, seguimiento y control de los proyectos a los cuales sea asignada/o.Revisar y gestionar los documentos contractuales y alcance del proyecto.
- Contribuir a la gestión económica y financiera del proyecto. Planificar y controlar márgenes, costos y facturación. Control de cambios.
- Trabajar en equipo junto a las áreas de Ingeniería, Compras, Logística y Tendering, para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos acordados con el cliente y los objetivos de negocio.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos de Calidad, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
- Gestión de contratistas. Seguimiento de los entregables.
- Reporting. Seguimiento de KPI's de proyectos. Trabajar junto con Gerencia para confección de reportes de portafolio. Mejora continua de Procesos y seguimiento de KPI's.

Requisitos:

• Manejo de idioma inglés avanzado
• Conocimientos en metodología de gestión de proyectos
• Orientación al cliente
• Competencias para trabajar en equipo
• Gestión del tiempo y prioridades
• Proactividad, dinamismo y planificación, análisis
• Capacidad para tomar de decisiones, para anticiparse y excelentes dotes en comunicación 360 grados.
