What you'll do
- Lead with Purpose: Act as a Scrum Master and Change Leader, guiding cross-functional teams through Agile and SAFe principles.
- Drive Improvement: Challenge the organization to continuously improve ways of working and embed a strong working structure.
- Own the Outcome: Take full ownership and accountability to deliver high-quality results.
- Clarify the Path: Break down complex work into actionable pieces and provide clarity on the roadmap ahead.
- Inspire Excellence: Be an ambassador for quality and a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate Globally: Operate effectively within a large, global matrix organization.
Essential for the role
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in project leadership, Scrum Mastery, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
- A structured, proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience in or strong understanding of the Building Automation industry.
- A long-term mindset with a commitment to sustainable success.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lund, Sweden.
- Background in HW/SW system development in similar sector.
- Ability to elevate Agile PI-planning practices across teams.
