We are seeking two Services Operations Tools Specialists to join our Global Services Operations Tools & Technology team.

These roles are responsible for the business ownership and continuous improvement of global Services Operations systems, dashboards, and digital solutions that support teams across multiple regions. The successful candidates will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, drive adoption, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Acting as a bridge between the business and technology teams, you will ensure that solutions remain aligned with evolving business needs while supporting operational excellence and digital transformation objectives.

Available Focus Areas

Option 1: Dashboards & Business Intelligence

This role focuses on reporting, dashboards, and performance visibility across Services Operations.

Option 2: Digital Tools & Automation

This role focuses on operational tools, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within Global Services Operations.

Core Responsibilities

Regardless of focus area, all Services Tools Specialists will:

• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Manage project activities from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver enhancements and solutions successfully.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and user adoption across supported solutions.
• Support operational excellence through data-driven and technology-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business transformation, business analysis, operational excellence, reporting, digital tools, or related fields.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects or business improvement initiatives in a global or matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
