Project Management Specialist
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Provide disciplined project leadership and decision-ready business insight that turn strategic priorities into well-governed, measurable, and sustainable outcomes. The role connects stakeholders, plans, data, risks, and change activities, so initiatives are delivered with clarity, accountability, and visible business value.

• Coordinate end-to-end execution across functions, track commitments, and keep deliverables on schedule and within agreed scope.
• Apply fit-for-purpose project methods, including predictive, agile, or hybrid approaches, based on the initiative's complexity and operating environment.

• Map stakeholders, understand expectations, and maintain an engagement plan appropriate to influence, impact, and decision-making needs.
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and project meetings that convert discussion into decisions, ownership, and follow-through.

• Build constructive partnerships across business, operations, digital, quality, finance, and other relevant teams.
Business Analytics and Performance Reporting
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, portfolio views, and management reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and approved data sources.
• Analyze schedule, cost, quality, risk, capacity, adoption, benefit, and delivery trends to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
