This is a key leadership role where you will shape how we design and deliver solutions for our customers.

As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing your team, allocating resources across projects, optimizing engineering processes, and implementing tools and automation in collaboration with our Engineering Excellence team. You will play a central role in ensuring our solutions are delivered with quality, efficiency, and innovation.

What we are looking for in our new Project Execution Engineering Manager:

  • Proven experience in engineering leadership, managing teams and project resource planning.
  • Background in Building Management Systems, SCADA, and automation or other integrated building solutions is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of engineering process QA in large projects
  • Comfortable with digital platforms and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Strategic mindset with a global perspective.

You excel in resource coordination and planning through a proactive and strategic approach in collaboration with the rest of our project execution team. You will play an important role in developing and improving our ways of working internally, which will help make our projects more efficient. While you will work locally, we encourage you to have a global mindset, as we always strive to create a positive impact on a larger scale.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage and Lead and coach a team of Application Designers.
  • Support individual growth and career development.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Allocate engineering resources across projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of specifications, drawings, and documentation.
  • Optimize workflows and documentation standards.
  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives.
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and employee well-being.
  • Active participation during the tendering phase
