Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced manufacturing production manager for Individual Site to support the Secure Power Modular Data Center business.

This position is a key player in the manufacturing modular data centers for overseeing the entire production process , this position manage the production team and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. A production Manager includes planning and organizing production schedules , ensuring product quality and safety, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that production deadlines are met , he also work closely with others departments such engineering, quality , materials to ensure efficient and effective production. A production manager must have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and manage teams effectively, and have excellent problem-solving capabilities, have a good understanding of production processes and equipment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

The individual in this position leads and manages the manufacturing team to deliver an Integrated Package scope of work including, Prefab Enclosures, e-Houses, skids with electrical distribution, automation control systems, HVAC or Cooling, fire and gas systems plus additional customer features and services.

What will you do?
  • Oversee the production process from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Manage a team of production supervisors and workers
  • Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Identify and resolve production - related problems promptly
  • Ensure the quality of the end of the product meets customer expectations
  • Monitor inventory levels and order material as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Ensure adequate staffing
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and costs

  • Strong leadership skills including team leading, employee mentoring and development, and the ability to empower others through delegating responsibility.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to understand complex technical topics
  • Advanced understanding of project management and project finance
  • Strong organization, planning and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Projects, and Excel
  • Results oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Influencing and convincing skills
  • Decision-making and escalate appropriately when arbitration required.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • 10+ years of experience on Manufacturing Operational Excellence
  • 5 + years of experience on Lean Manufacturing Environment
  • Understanding of systems integration, HVAC or other building or electronic control systems is a plus
  • Schneider Electric products and Electrical Enclosure integration knowledge is a plus

Education:
  • BS degree in an Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing discipline preferred
  • PMP (PMI), CPMP/CPMA SE Internal Certification preferred
