Product Application Engineer (PAE) - Digital Power Low Voltage Portfolio
Location: Nordic Region
Your Mission
As a Product Application Engineer (PAE) in Schneider Electric's Digital Power Low Voltage team, you'll be at the forefront of helping customers and channel partners optimize energy efficiency and power quality. You'll support the sell-out of our low voltage portfolio across key channels and end users, applying a consultative approach to drive technical excellence and customer success.
What You'll Do
- Be the Expert:
Maintain deep technical knowledge of Schneider Electric's low voltage portfolio-including electrical meters, CTs, communication gateways, and power quality mitigation solutions. - Champion Power Quality:
Lead initiatives in power quality, a strategic growth area in the Nordics. Conduct audits and deliver insightful reports that help customers protect their electrical infrastructure. - Support Key Channels:
Act as a trusted advisor to panel builders, distributors, EcoXperts, OEMs, electricians, and contractors. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle. - Engage End Users:
Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Offer Sales Specialists to support tenders and define technical specifications for low voltage products and SCADA/power monitoring systems. - Travel & Collaborate:
Work across the Nordic region with local sales specialists and cross-functional teams. Travel is expected as part of this dynamic and collaborative role.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in low voltage systems
- Experience in pre-sales, after-sales, installation, or consulting-especially with electrical meters and power quality
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, and English
- Strong understanding of electrical installation standards
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Collaborative, open-minded, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a multinational, cross-border environment
- Self-driven with a passion for technical excellence and customer success
