Procurement- ETO Cluster intern

What will you do?

• Support ETO Cluster from Procurement Department.
• Data management: organize and maintain records, update project documentation, key performance indicators, supplier documents and systems.
• Data analysis: analysis of spend, kpi's charts, trends in data, dashboards, supplier & quality scorecards.
• Project management: support in procurement projects such change of suppliers, multi-sourcing projects. Follow up action plans triggered by projects pipeline.

Who will you report to?

• This position will report to Procurement Project Manager

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Experience in Excel (tables, pivots, graphs, vlookups), dashboards, Tableau, Power Point knowledge is preferred. ERP system is a plus.
• Intermediate - Advanced level in English (written and spoken) you will have constant communication with teams located in USA.
• Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related engineering or administration careers.
