Primary Technical Support Engineer

Objetivo del Cargo:

Proveer Soporte Técnico-comercial general a clientes particularmente en relación con información de productos e información de aplicaciones durante los procesos de preventa y postventa.

Apersonarse y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente antes del cierre de la consulta tomando la responsabilidad del caso. así mismo detectar oportunidades cuando se reporten consultas de soporte al cliente.

Cuando sea necesario, cumplir con labores de LEADS agent, contactando los leads identificados a través de eventos de marketing, contactos telefónicos vía CCC, i nformación por parte de la fuerza comercial entre otros validando el requerimiento del cliente, identificando la oportunidad y delegándola según criterio de país, zona y unidad de negocio según aplique.

  1. Realizar atención telefónica a los clientes, de acuerdo con la metodología WUSAC, registrar todas las solicitudes telefónicas y chat en BFO - Sales Force y cerrar los casos si y solo si se asegura que el cliente esta satisfecho y acompañado.
  2. Responder las solicitudes de cliente relativas a: Cross reference, sustituciones, consultas generales de catálogo y manual de funcionamiento, instalación y configuración de equipos, mantenimiento de equipos, trooubleshooting (Modo de fallas). Hacer seguimiento derivando al sector que corresponda a las solicitudes de garantías, servicios, y posibles oportunidades comercial y proyectos.
  3. Crear casos en BFO de las consultas que lleguen via Chat, email y teléfono. Seguimiento de quejas y reclamaciones por parte de clientes o usuarios internos Sudamérica, especialmente las registradas via MEDALIA
  4. Brindar asistencia a los Ingenieros Comerciales, Jefes de producto con respecto a las consultas técnicas de nuestros clientes internos o externos, buscando respuestas satisfactorias a través de los niveles avanzados de soporte.

Requisitos para el rol:

- Ingeniero(a) Electrico / Electricista / de Control / Mecatronico / a fines.

- Soft Skills: buena comunicación y conexión con el cliente.

- Fuertes habilidades digitales

- Conocimientos en UPS / Data Center

- Ingles intermedio (excluyente)
