OPTIMIZE is the Schneider Electric unified collaborative model to support the offer product evolution management. The Optimze Manager is accountable to manage the execution of this change globally, to ensure business growth, continuity, and good customer satisfaction & quality of its offer perimeter.
Your role:
Reporting to Control & Signaling Project Management Officer (PMO, Kok Keong GOH) and based in Angouleme, France, you will l ead a team of BoC Admins ( Board of Change) for product evolution management.
Your missions:
- Manage global offer portfolio evolution, to ensure business continuity and growth
- Review the portfolio of requests and assess decision to accept or reject them, according to business strategy, criticality, and priority
- Rank and implement the most important requests according to Quality, Adaptation, Productivity, Obsolescence and Withdrawal categories
- Prioritize budget and resources allocation, arbitrate with management when required
- Decide to open "Light" or "Full track" project with the assignment of a Change Owner and team members
- Review and approve analysis, choice of solutions, cost, impact and milestones crossing
- Lead and collaborate with team members from engineering, marketing, quality, industrialization, procurement, manufacturing, and suppliers to execute the offer evolution until closure
- Identify issues and risks, coordinate and track action plans. Ensure that all the commitments are met (schedule, budget ...)
- Prepare monthly portfolio decision for the Board of Change (BoC)
- Enter decisions into the application used to support requests and projects portfolios (PCM)
- Build annual operational plan and review budget/resource allocation

Your profile:
- 5 years minimum in project management of electromechanical / electronic products
- Minimum bachelor's degree in electro-mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering
- Strong business acumen and offer knowledge of industrial products
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills within cross-functional environment, resolving conflicts to achieve results
- Business and customer understanding / strategic awareness
Your competences:
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Risk management & negotiation skills
- Excellent time management & problem-solving skill
- Good team animation and communication skills
- Basic financial concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, French)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Teams
- Agile and OLM knowledge preferred
- Fluent English
- French speaking preferred
