We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead our team and ensure operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily plant operations to meet production and quality goals.
- Drive Improvement: Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure Safety: Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Manage Projects: Oversee ETO projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
- Promote Sustainability: Advocate for sustainable practices in all plant operations.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 15 years in manufacturing plant management, preferably in an ETO environment. As a plant manager.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English.
