We are currently looking for a Planner to join our global services team in Sweden at our HQ in Solna, Stockholm!

In this role you will be scheduling the execution of Services operations at our customer sites. You'll be our expert in ensuring that all parts, tools, instructions, and order details are made available to the Services execution workforce and that the right, available and qualified Service Representative is scheduled for the job to meet customer requirements and Schneider workforce optimization. This role interacts with end customers, so the Services Planner must have great communication skills!

What will you be doing?

  • Check/enrich Work Orders to be scheduled in bridge Services (bFS)
  • Manage urgency/requested date, customer information, correct installed base, scope of work, T&C, time to execute
  • Creating Work Orders are ensure that automatically created will be schedulled and dispatched
  • Prepare/prioritize the interventions in backlog, based on customer type and availability, spare part and Service Representative or subcontractors' availability.
  • Assign work orders at least for the upcoming months, determining the best date/timing balancing customer requirements, delivery of material needed, and skilled/certified Service Representative availability, while maximizing utilization rate by minimizing travel, overtime, combining multiple interventions to the same or nearby locations when possible.
  • Communicate proactively with customers, confirming the intervention details and reminding Service Representative of the key factors such as safety requirements and equipment, permit to work, site access, timing, report, de-briefing with customers etc.
  • Monitor the smooth execution of the interventions, rescheduling/cancelling if required, supporting remotely Service Representative on visit/calendar management, maintaining Work Orders data quality (like Billable info, Install product, planner deviation).
  • Participate in regular meetings with Services Execution team

You have excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills and strive for customer satisfaction! You are proficient user of MS Office applications and other software and have a degree in a technical field. You navigate well in a complex organization and are keen on understanding our Service Representative work and business. You have few years of experience working in planning role and have gained excellent analytic skills. You are a self-starter, quick learner and ready to create an impact!
