We design and qualify the industrial processes and flows, collaborating with design team and plant team and suppliers, and ensure the best performance of manufacturability, cost and quality for new offer products.
  • Allowing the best operational performance in safety and environment, quality, service, lead time, landed costs and capital engaged.
  • Achieving the most agile & efficient Supply Chain and the expected Time to Market and to Profit.
  • Meeting the Customer buying behaviors, Logistic Offer & Quality requirements.

What will you do?
  • Output professional and valuable DFM (Design for Manufacturing) deliverable to R&D for high performance of manufacturability/quality/cost
  • Define PCBA manufacture strategy/process flow& specification
  • Analyze the cost relevant to investment for the decisions
  • Work with quality people to make out main quality deliverables (PFMEA, Quality control plan)
  • Manage project PCB/PCBA prototype making in supplier
  • Reach the quality target through process qualification of PCBA process
  • Provide PCBA/PCB process support to transfer and localization projects
  • Manage suppliers related to PCBA (Tooling, fixture, JIGs, EMS) to keep good their performance
  • Provide training to Schneider employee on PCB/PCBA process
  • Write PCBA test requirements specification
  • Launch PCBA testing using standard platform such as ICT (In-Circuit Tester)
  • Contribute the optimal Supply chain in order to secure the production in long term strategy

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree of Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation
  • At least 8 years' experience in electronic industry and at least 5 years professional experience in PCBA industrial domain (not total 8 year, but 5 years in this area.)
  • Be a strong team player as well a strong individual contributor, and interact with different parties (including Plant level)
  • EMS experience is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of VC++, LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI and assembly programming language are an advantage
  • Good communication skill.
  • Highly adaptive to change
  • Flexibility in fulfilling multiple roles
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent abilities to interact with cross functional people
  • Excellent communication ability in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good analytical skills, problem solving skills
  • Good understanding of quality data, and PCBA manufacturing KPI, green belt of six sigma is preferred
  • Demonstrate passionate, open, straightforward, challenging, and effective leadership skills
