Payroll Administration Specialist

We're now looking for a Payroll Specialist / Payroll Administrator to join our Nordic HR Services team in Sweden. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their payroll career who's ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact in an international company.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Payroll : handling and registration of in- and output data, controls and ensure compliance during payroll process.
  • Time Management : ensure compliance and quality of time reporting.
  • Development projects : contribute with digital and automation projects and Continuous Improvement (CI)
  • Contribute to the cross-country teamwork within HR Services Nordics
  • Support and guidance to stakeholders : answer inquiries and provide support to employees, managers and HRBPs, work closely with other HR Shared Service centers in the zone, etc.


About you

  • Basic understanding in payroll administration or a related field
  • Education or training in payroll, HR, finance, or administration
  • Interest in working with systems, data, and improving processes
  • A detail-oriented and structured approach to work
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages are a plus)


To be successful in the role you need to be highly organized, driven, detail-oriented and have a structured way of approaching work and projects. You are open-minded and enjoy working in diverse teams in an international setting and have excellent collaboration skills. You thrive working in a dynamic company and want to continuously develop yourself.
