Our Pacific Zone Secure Power division plays a critical role in supporting infrastructure across Australia & New Zealand.

You'll be part of the Channels, Alliances & Operations team, a group of experienced professionals across sales, marketing, technical enablement, and partner strategy.

The dedicated team has a rich mix of experiences and backgrounds, with team members located across most major metro hubs, and extended peers and stakeholders supporting regionally and globally.

Based from either Brisbane or Melbourne, this is a strategic, relationship-focused role where you'll manage and grow a portfolio of Electrical, Mechanical, and Operational Technology partners across the Victoria and Queensland state territories.

You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive partner engagement, enablement, and revenue growth across Schneider Electric's Secure Power portfolio.

What Will You Do?

🤝 Partner Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with named managed partners.
  • Understand partner business models, goals, and challenges to align Schneider's value effectively.
  • Act as a key point of contact for partner feedback, advocacy, and strategic alignment.

Business Planning & Growth
  • Co-develop joint business plans with partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across products, software, and services.
  • Support partners in developing go-to-market strategies and solution positioning.

🧠 Enablement & Capability Building
  • Deliver training and enablement to partner sales and technical teams.
  • Promote and facilitate the use of Schneider's partner programs, tools, and incentives.
  • Assist in productising new service offerings for managed service providers and integrators.

🛠 Sales Support & Execution
  • Support quoting, bidding, and deal structuring processes.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of partner-led opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide insights to support continuous improvement.

🌐 Channel Development & Expansion
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand Schneider's channel footprint.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships and support onboarding and integration.
  • Represent Schneider Electric at partner and industry events to strengthen brand presence.

  • Recognition as a credible, solutions-focused advisor by both partners and peers.

What Will You Bring?
  • A background in electrical trades (or similar), with practical experience in the Australian Electrical or OT industry.
  • Experience in channel sales, partner management, or technical business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect technical solutions with business outcomes.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and comfort working independently within a clear strategic framework.
  • Familiarity with Schneider Electric's Secure Power portfolio is a plus, but not essential.
What Else Should You Know ?

This role offers a dynamic working environment, blending onsite, in-office, and remote work.
Travel will be required to engage with customers, partners, and attend key events-an essential aspect of the position.
