Mission
As a Partner Account Manager for System Integrators, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a network of key partners, including EcoXpert BMS companies and installers, across Belgium. Your mission is to drive business growth through strategic collaboration, technical guidance, and commercial support, ensuring partners are equipped to deliver innovative and efficient digital building solutions.

Own and manage a portfolio of system integrator partners (EcoXperts), ensuring strong relationships and alignment with Schneider Electric's strategic goals. - Sales Enablement:

Deploy sales actions across targeted accounts to maximize business opportunities, focusing on digital building solutions (BMS, SCADA, HVAC integration).
Foster collaboration between EcoXperts and installers, ensuring smooth project execution and mutual growth.
Assist partners in analyzing tenders, reviewing specifications, and selecting the right products and software solutions. Ensure partners are up to date with new releases and digital tools.
Monitor the market for new installers and ensure they are connected with the appropriate EcoXpert partners.
Act as a sales specialist with deep knowledge of digital building technologies-no cold prospecting required.
Profile
Education:
Bachelor or Master degree in Electromechanics or technical field is a plus, other disciplines are also considered.
Experience:
5-7 years in a technical-commercial role, ideally in building automation, HVAC, or digital energy solutions.
Languages:
Fluent in Dutch & French, proficient in English.
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of HVAC systems, SCADA, and BMS platforms.
Familiarity with digital tools and cybersecurity in building systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage expectations and build trust across diverse stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a transversal, collaborative environment.
