Mission:
The role is a fixed-term (1 year) contract position, overseeing the processing and fulfillment of customer orders from entry initiation to delivery.
This includes tasks like accurate order entry, tracking order backlog, coordinating with other Field Services departments, and resolving any order-related issues. The goal is to ensure timely delivery of Customer Orders, to maintain accurate records, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing and Entry:
- Accurately inputting customer orders into the system, verifying details for accuracy, and ensuring all necessary information is captured.
Order Backlog:
- Tracking order levels, ensuring accurate records, and coordinating with Planning team and Warehouse team to fulfill and execute orders on time.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborating with various departments like Countries, shipping, customer service, and procurement to facilitate smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Order Status Tracking:
- Monitoring the status of orders, providing updates to customers, and proactively addressing any issues or delays.
Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Investigating and resolving issues related to orders, returns, and other customer inquiries.
Record Keeping:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of orders and customer interactions.
Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Studies:
- Studies and/or degree completed in a relevant field
- At least 2-3 years' relevant work experience in a customer centric role
Attention to Detail:
- Ability to accurately input and verify order information, ensuring the integrity of data.
Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to orders, inventory, and customer service.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in using order management software and other relevant computer systems (SE use SAP and BFO tools and systems and more applications)
Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain:
- Understanding of the order fulfillment process, including shipping and warehousing.
