Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Activity Planning & Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive site activity plans, meticulously aligning them with customer requirements, specific product types, and the varying competencies and abilities of team members.
    • Proactively anticipate potential challenges and develop contingency plans to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Serve as a pivotal point of contact for multiple ongoing site activities, coordinating effectively with project managers to align schedules and resources.
    • Navigate dynamic project workloads and diverse customer expectations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery.

  • Leverage a solid technical background in Schneider Electric products to inform planning decisions, anticipate technical challenges, and ensure compliance with product specifications and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site teams as required.
  • Site Experience & Operations:
    • Utilize extensive hands-on experience in both construction and commissioning activities to create realistic, executable plans that account for on-the-ground realities.
    • Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement (KPIs):
    • Actively monitor and analyze KPIs related to planning and site execution.
    • Through a deep understanding of process flows and the various factors influencing each KPI, identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
    • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Testing & Commissioning Equipment Management:
    • Possess a solid knowledge of various testing and commissioning equipment, understanding the specific types required for different site scopes and product applications.
    • Ensure the proper handling, maintenance, and calibration of all testing and commissioning equipment, guaranteeing their readiness and optimal performance.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning within the electrical industry, with a strong focus on MV and LV systems.
    • Demonstrable expertise and in-depth technical knowledge of Schneider Electric MV & LV products.
    • Proven hands-on site experience in both construction and commissioning activities.
    • Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with a track record of monitoring and improving KPIs.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team coordination abilities.
    • Experienced in digital tool usage (Salesforce, MS Excel, MS Office, SAP)
