What will you do?

Strategy and Execution
  • Collaborate with Head of Operations to develop and implement Services Operational roadmap aligned with business
  • strategic goals
  • Lead and support cross-functional transformation projects focused on service delivery, efficiency and scalability
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices; redesign workflows and operating models to
  • improve agility, responsiveness and cross-functional alignment
  • Support change management and capability building across services team


Governance and Performance Management
  • Design and implement governance frameworks to track key service metrics, compliance and process adherence
    • Labour Utilization and Resource Optimization
    • Annual Execution Plan - AEP on key initiatives
    • Make or Buy program: Certified Sub-contractor (CSS) vs Non-certified Sub-contractor
  • Establish robust performance management systems and KPIs across all service functions
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews, driving accountability and continuous improvement

Data & Insights
  • Leverage data analytics and performance dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making
    • Field to Order (F2O) policy design and payout methodology
    • Reactive Work Order monitoring
    • DVC timesheet adherence, DVC/MBC mapping - job code alignment

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor in Business Management, Electrical Engineering, Operation Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant Services Operational experience
  • Must be Result-Oriented with Strong Business Acumen Ability to effectively interface with Senior Management, as well as a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
  • Change Management Experience
  • Good understanding of Services Process
  • Strong Analytics Skills & Microsoft excel s kills
