For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $ 24 - $31 per hour.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Buffalo headquarters. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

What will you do?
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area and conference rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support HR and Operations teams with onboarding and office logistics.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate catering and meal arrangements for internal events, meetings, and customer visits, ensuring dietary preferences and schedules are accommodated.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor and a customer-service mindset.
