Offer Technical Lead

Offer technical lead will be the technical authority for the dedicated range; He/She will be technical representative within board of change core team, be decision maker of any design change or deviation, technical representative within product review and business review. And works as project portfolio and budget owner by monitoring and priority management.

He/She will face to other critical function as quality, marketing or global supply chain. Identify and manage COGS gap, offer gap, customer major issue by coordination and analysis capability, leading or initiate corrective action or prevention action in business risk or task force as a self-starter. Maintain communication with marketing and front office to capture new customer requests and build tubes between VOC and roadmap portfolio refreshing.

1. Bachelor above, technical background with good knowledge of supply chain set-up;
2. Product and technology management background more than 2 years, or competencies in R&D project management and scheduling more than 3 years;
3. Good knowledge of power distribution (miniature circuit breaker, power switch etc.) standard and typical applications, work experience in relative field is preferred;
4. Logical thinking and analytics skills is mandatory, relative certification is an option;
5. Ability to work with hierarchical team and remote management, a team player who has proactive leadership with international cooperation mindset, fluent in English oral is mandatory, French oral is an option;
