We are looking for an Offer Marketing & Engineering Intern located at our MDIC location in Apodaca, Nuevo León, México.
This intern will assist the Offer Manager with the auditing, correction, and improvement of customer facing and sales support documents related to Square D X Series Wiring devices offer.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Review and improvement of Wiring Devices web pages, to assure that keywords, descriptions, technical information, FAQs answers, and related documents are accurate and appropriate
- Review and improvement of relevant technical publications, including the Wiring Devices Catalog and Digest
- Work with customer care center, engineering, sales, and technical publications personnel to assure that relevant documents and images are associated with Wiring Devices web pages
- Present his/her work to other areas of the organization upon request
Under general guidance of Offer Manager and Offer Architect, the Marketing Intern will be responsible for conducting a competitive comparison of some Wiring Devices sold in the USA and Canada. This will include:
- A comparison of available features (technical, commercial, aesthetics) and their benefits for selection, installation, and performance, p ublished price information and geographic analysis of US market share, with a focus on relevant features
- Pricing optimization reviews by geography, sales channel, or market segment
- Preparation and justification of new product requests
- Offer optimization and rationalization analysis
This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are an active student of majors like: Business, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Marketing or related graduating in June 2026 or a later date.
- Intermediate/Advanced English level
- Basic/Intermediate Excel level
- Basic PowerPoint level for presentation creation
- Basic ability to read basic engineering drawings
