• Coordinate the submission of Production Schedule, Drawing Lists and Project Report

, • Prepare Projects, manage, follow up and control the progress of projects as well as Gate Review,
• Provide communication and link during manufacturing of order between customer and unit, between sales and production,
• Look over contract items and come to an agreement with all responsible persons involved, Feel and transmit to team members, a sense of project urgency,
• Check manufacturing results and provide suitable products as the customer requests,
• Report to Unit's management and relevant departments about project modifications and finish good management,
• To control all correspondence with the client related to project execution, and negotiate the delivery schedule and variation order (if necessary),
• To initiate invoicing to customers to Cash In Collection and payment follow up Schneider Electric Indonesia | Digital Transformation in Energy Management and AutomationAs a global specialist in energy management and automation with operations in more than 100 countries, we offer integrated energy solutions across multiple market segments
• Bachelor degree of Mechanical / Electrical/ Industrial Engineering
• Strong background in procurement
• Having at least 2 (two) years experience in project management
• Able to communicate with all level and department, and demonstrate leadership skill to drive for excellent quality performance.
• Must be able to work individually and with sales engineers and operational engineers.
• Good in project administration and filling
• Interest in administration job• Interpersonal skills are essential,
• Be able to multitask and work with teams or groups• Be inventive and resilient
Qualifications
