Job Summary

The Offer Industrialization Leader (OIL) plays a pivotal role in bridging product development and industrial execution. As the primary industrialization counterpart in offer creation or evolution projects, the OIL ensures that product designs are industrially viable, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's strategic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Industrial Integration in Product Design

• Analyze marketing inputs and evaluate industrial scenarios to guide design decisions.
• Influence product conception from early drafts to final design, ensuring manufacturability, testability, adjustability, and cost optimization.
• Develop the definitive architecture process file and collaborate with the global supply chain to estimate and validate product cost and profitability.

• Define and implement a robust industrial plan that meets quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Align project execution with corporate industrial strategies, including SPS (Schneider Performance System) and SC&L (Supply Chain & Logistics) principles.
• Coordinate industrial operations and manage the transfer of projects to internal and external production units.
• Secure industrial funding and monitor related expenditures to ensure project profitability.

• Identify resource needs and onboard Industrialization specialists.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of Industrialization team members and plant-based resources.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless industrial execution.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrialization, manufacturing, or supply chain project management.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and industrial constraints.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global and matrixed environment.
