Job Summary
The Offer Industrialization Leader (OIL) plays a pivotal role in bridging product development and industrial execution. As the primary industrialization counterpart in offer creation or evolution projects, the OIL ensures that product designs are industrially viable, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Industrial Integration in Product Design
- Analyze marketing inputs and evaluate industrial scenarios to guide design decisions.
- Influence product conception from early drafts to final design, ensuring manufacturability, testability, adjustability, and cost optimization.
- Develop the definitive architecture process file and collaborate with the global supply chain to estimate and validate product cost and profitability.

2. Lead Industrial Planning and Execution
- Define and implement a robust industrial plan that meets quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Align project execution with corporate industrial strategies, including SPS (Schneider Performance System) and SC&L (Supply Chain & Logistics) principles.
- Coordinate industrial operations and manage the transfer of projects to internal and external production units.
- Secure industrial funding and monitor related expenditures to ensure project profitability.
3. Team Leadership and Coordination
- Identify resource needs and onboard Industrialization specialists.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Industrialization team members and plant-based resources.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless industrial execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrialization, manufacturing, or supply chain project management.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and industrial constraints.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global and matrixed environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 9 Years
