What will you do?

• Oversee industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success and continuity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and sustainability

• Change Management - intermediate level; guiding teams through process transitions and technology adoption
• Project Leadership - intermediate level; directing cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
• Project Planning - intermediate level; developing comprehensive plans that align resources with deliverables
• Project Risk Management - intermediate level; identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies
• Customer Orientation - intermediate level; ensuring project outcomes meet stakeholder expectations
• Influencing Skills - intermediate level; building consensus and driving alignment across diverse teams

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably EE/ECE/ME
• At least 2 years experience in Project Management and New Product Development
• Must be willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities that foster collaboration and trust
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strategic mindset with meticulous attention to detail in complex project environments
