Offer Creation Senior Project Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Manage the Offer Creation Project from initiation until project closure 新产品开发项目从启动到关闭的管理

Deliver the offer to satisfy the business case in accordance with the committed goals: customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, product & project costs 完成客户满意和质量上市时间产品和项目成本三个目标来实现商业案例

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions. 管理所有项目活动的开发从启动到结束覆盖所有职能范围

2. Develop, with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project. 与项目团队一起制定项目管理计划并在项目开发周期内保持更新

3. Define & manage the project budget, resources, and schedule. 界定和管理项目预算资源和时间计划

4. Organize, lead and motivate the project team and synchronize the team with the other teams. 组织带领和激励项目团队并做好项目团队与其他团队的协作

5. Challenge the functions to take ownership of the project objectives 挑战个职能部门使其对项目目标承担责任

6. Lead the decision-making process at the project level and at the right time 在正确的时间点组织带领项目层级的决策流程

7. Apply risk management techniques to identify the risks and issues, and implement effective risk response plans 使用风险管理技巧识别风险和问题并实时有效的风险应对计划

8. Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in the event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions 管理整体项目规划组织仲裁并在偏离时提出并实施纠正措施

9. Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis 定期向管理层汇报项目评估和状态

资格

5+ years experience in Project management on Industrial Automation 五年及以上工业行业项目管理经验

Complete delivery complex PEP or medium PMP projects 完整交付复杂的产品改进项目或者中等难度的产品开发项目的经验
