As our current Key Account Managers for one of our largest OEMs is going on retirement, we are now looking for his replacement. In your role as OEM Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the development of the Key account as well as an additional list of OEM customers.in Sweden. Your daily activities will be stretching from fostering strong collaboration and relationship building, driving strategic development initiatives with our line of business to developing new accounts and business opportunities. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automation and energy management market in Sweden. This role is based in 1 of our locations in Sweden.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Helping your customers to increase their sales and profitability.
  • Build and maintain a solid relationship with your customer (s)
  • Drive strategic initiatives towards and together with customers as well as our line of business
  • Cultivate strong customer and partner relationships within the OEM ecosystem to achieve sales revenue and market penetration objectives.

Key Qualifications:
  • We value a bachelor's degree, however, we also recognize that substantial relevant experience can be considered in place of formal education.
  • Proven success in selling to OEMs.
  • The ability to identify decision makers, engage C-level executives within OEM organizations, and address their personal motivations and business objectives.
  • Exceptional skills in conceptualizing and communicating technical and commercial strategies tailored to the OEM market.
  • A working knowledge of smart machines including solutions like Digital Twin, Predictive maintenance, machine learning, mechatronics, robotics, IT/OT security, including products like PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motion control, motor control, Robotics, Software, general controls, and circuit protection, with an ability to guide the team in leveraging this knowledge effectively.

We think you have a good understanding about the Swedish Industry and OEM market, a general understanding of production and manufacturing processes and challenges, as well as a good financial understanding. We believe you have a strong business acumen. To be successful in the role you need to have strong leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills with the motivation and determination required to succeed. In addition, you have the ability to identify, analyze and propose constructive solutions. You have strong organizational and planning skills and are able to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a challenging and fast-moving environment.
