Methods Engineer

What will you do?

• Design and optimize manufacturing systems with focus on process design, capacity planning, and performance metrics
• Implement preventive maintenance programs that enhance equipment reliability and reduce operational downtime
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodology to boost productivity and quality
• Analyze production data and equipment performance to identify and execute process optimization opportunities

• Manufacturing Process Optimization - intermediate level; analyzing and refining production workflows to enhance output quality

• Manufacturing Design and Methodology - intermediate level; designing systems that balance efficiency, ergonomics, and capacity
• Quality Control & Inspection - intermediate level; ensuring products meet performance and compliance standards
• Continuous Improvement - developing level; identifying and executing initiatives that drive operational excellence
• Operational Health and Safety Management - developing level; maintaining compliance with safety regulations and standards
