Method Engineering:
- Design and improve manufacturing processes complying with ergonomic and safety rules.
- Build and maintain Lean cells and racks using LADM - new, modification after MTM and transfers.
- Implement and maintain Poke Yoke & Jidoka principles in the manufacturing area.
- Manage & support Kaizen activities (methodology & maintain appropriate databases).
- Manage jigs/fixtures (Troubleshoot, improve existing, new & transfers & maintain database).
- Manage VSM & EVSM. IE/LDS (Target setting & Improvement). Implement & support Lean & Six Sigma projects.
- Support change over improvement thru SMED
- Enhance current processes and/or develop new processes.
- Establish and modify operating standards.
- Generate and maintain reports as directed by Management/Department.
- Implement and support 5S within the workplace.
- Carry out any other duties as and when required by Management / Department.
- Have knowledge for Automation Machine.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Advanced level on Excel, Powerpoint, SAP (user) and Autocad 2D.
- Fast learning and with ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment.
- Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approach.
- Experience in process improvement, lean implementation and/or warehouse process designing.
- Experience in implementation of SMART technologies in Manufacturing is preferred.
- Must be willing to be based in Batam
