Master Production Scheduler- ASCO Queretaro

In Schneider Electric, we are looking for a Master Production Scheduler for our ASCO Queretaro plant.

Main Activities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and inventory levels.
• Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule (forecast workload/capacity, suppliers forecast...)
• Schedules in detail the different tasks of the manufacturing line
• Apply 'Healthy Production Start' decision
• Assigns the resources to adjust the capacity and smooth the load
• Balances global workload weekly and allows some changes during the week for order release
• Participates to planning and complete the load/capacity excel sheet

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a production scheduler in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in using advanced planning and scheduling tools and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
