We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Trailer Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a truck pulling an 18-foot v-nose marketing trailer to various events across the USA. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage event logistics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transportation: Safely drive a truck and marketing trailer to designated events across the USA.
  • Setup and Teardown: Handle the setup and packing up of the trailer at each event, ensuring all equipment is properly installed and dismantled.
  • Maintenance: Take the trailer for maintenance as required, ensuring it remains in optimal condition.
  • Technology Training: Receive training on the industrial automation technology showcased in the trailer to effectively communicate their value propositions.
  • Lead Capture: Utilize tools for capturing leads and recording attendees who visit the trailer events.
  • Event Management: Perform standard tradeshow event management tasks, including interacting with attendees and providing information about products, solutions, and services.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and provide demonstrations of the technology and products featured in the trailer.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Minimum qualification is an associate degree in an engineering field and a minor in marketing is preferred, with a strong understanding of industrial automation technology.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience in towing trailers.
  • Excellent customer facing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak confidently about products and services.
  • Experience in managing tradeshow events and handling logistics is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during events.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • You enjoy working with others and are interested in a career in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • You are self-directed, collaborative, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
  • You are flexible and open to ambiguity and fluidity.
