Dans un contexte de transformation et de structuration des offres de services On-Site (maintenance, installation, mise en service, dépannage), nous renforçons l'équipe Offer Design au sein des Services de Schneider Electric.
Le poste d'Offer Design Expert est un rôle clé de lead marketing au sein d'une task-force transverse, en charge de concevoir, structurer et industrialiser des offres de services exécutées sur site par nos équipes terrain, pour nos clients du domaine distribution électrique et digital power.

Votre Role:

En tant qu'Offer Design Expert, vous pilotez la conception et l'évolution d'offres de services en partant des besoins clients et des réalités de terrain, jusqu'à leur déploiement global.
Vous jouez un rôle de référent marketing de l'offre au sein d'un collectif transverse (3 à 4 personnes), en interaction étroite avec les équipes R&D, Services, Commerce et Marketing, afin de garantir des offres claires, exécutables, standardisées et créatrices de valeur.

Vos Missions:

Conception et structuration des offres de services

• Concevoir et faire évoluer des offres de services On-Site (maintenance, commissioning, installation, break & fix).
• Traduire les besoins clients et les usages terrain en propositions d'offres structurées et industrialisables.
• Définir le périmètre, la proposition de valeur, le packaging et les principes de standardisation.

Voix du client & alignement marché

• Collecter la Voice of Customer en lien avec les pays, les équipes terrain et ponctuellement les clients.
• S'assurer que les offres répondent aux attentes marché et aux contraintes opérationnelles réelles.

Collaboration transverse

• Travailler étroitement avec les équipes R&D / Offer Development, Services, Ventes et Marketing.
• Contribuer à l'alignement global des offres tout en tenant compte des spécificités locales.

Déploiement & performance

• Accompagner la mise sur le marché des offres (supports, guidelines, messages clés).
• Contribuer au suivi de la performance des offres et à leur amélioration continue.

Votre Profil:

• Formation supérieure en marketing, business, ingénierie ou équivalent.
• Expérience dans le développement d'offres, le marketing d'offres ou des rôles commerciaux / services proches du terrain.
• La connaissance des offres de services associées aux équipements Secure Power (maintenance, commissioning, lifecycle services, contrats de service) sera particulièrement appréciée.
• Une expérience préalable dans les domaines distribution électrique, Digital Power, Power Products ou Power Systems est fortement appréciée.
• La séniorité est ouverte : le mindset et la compréhension du processus de développement d'offre priment sur le nombre d'années d'expérience.
• Capacité à évoluer dans un rôle global, avec des interactions quotidiennes en anglais.

Vos compétences:

• Bonne maîtrise du marketing mix appliqué à des offres techniques et de services.
• Compréhension suffisante des produits et systèmes de distribution électrique pour dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs techniques.
• Capacité à structurer, prioriser et faire avancer plusieurs sujets en parallèle.
• Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration transverses.
• Esprit pragmatique, orienté valeur client et exécutabilité terrain.
• Anglais courant requis.

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 63.200 - EUR 94.800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual's compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
