Manufacturing Quality Assurance - Senior Professional

What will you do?
- As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will be the key link between regional dashboards and plant-level execution. Your mission is to ensure customer complaints (CRs), warranty returns, and audit findings are properly tracked, closed, and communicated across our NAM operations.
You will:- Review and monitor dashboards to ensure follow-up on CRs and customer complaints.
- Support plants in developing dashboards with specific quality data.
- Ensure closure of preventive and corrective actions.
- Monitor preventive actions and audit-related findings (internal/external ISO9001).
- Track and communicate material returns due to warranty issues.
- Drive closure of CRs and annual audit plans with plants.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- To thrive in this role, you'll need a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. Specifically:
- ISO Standards Knowledge: Solid understanding of ISO9001 and experience as an internal auditor.
- Quality Tools Mastery: Proficiency in 8D, root cause analysis, and other problem-solving methodologies.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret dashboards and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Communication & Influence: Assertive communicator who can collaborate effectively across multiple plants and teams.
- Self-Leadership: Highly self-directed, organized, and proactive in driving results.
- Bilingual Fluency: English and Spanish proficiency to navigate regional and cross-functional interactions

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and internal auditing (ISO9001).
- Experience with quality problem-solving tools (8D, RCA, etc.).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Self-driven, proactive, and assertive communicator.
- Solid understanding of quality management and manufacturing processes.
