🏢Departament and Project description :

Customer Satisfaction & Quality represent the voice of customer and drive the customer centricity within the entity. Secure & guarantee the customer needs for all the quality & customer satisfaction concerns:

• Optimizes the manufacturing processes and helps in developing a unified and strong supplier management.
• Integrates supply chain actors and leverages opportunities created by upstream and downstream linkages with a focus on creating value and improving customer satisfaction.

• Guarantee the application of Schneider quality policy & the respect of customer requirements in terms of technical quality & service level
• Manage the Quality Management System of the entity
• Manage Customer complaints: alert, support & escalate customer satisfaction issues (product / service) if they are not fulfilled
• Manage Manufacturing quality: It covers quality related activities inside industrial entities as well as flows between them:
  • Manufacturing/assembling processes robustness (as result of implementation of Process Control Chart, FMEA, Poka Yoke...)
  • Industrial problem management: Issue to Prevention management, using warm loop and 8D cold loop methodologies, with CS&Q related processes.
• Manage Supplier quality: Guarantee quality level for external / internal procurement using standardized basic supplier quality management processes, tools and requirements (Schneider Electric Supplier Quality Management -SSQM)

• Apply continuous improvement principles to meet customer expectations.
• Develop control plans and perform capability studies and Gage R&R.
• Participate in audits, FMEAs, and process risk management.
• Create quality documentation and promote standardization and training.
• Analyze production processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage product derogations using digital platforms like ederogation.
• Contribute to improvement projects and problem-solving (5 Whys, 8D, DMAIC).
• Monitor key quality indicators (FFR, MDR, DCR, NQC).
• Join SIM meetings and support new product/process evaluations.
• Use SPC and explore emerging quality techniques.
• Conduct LPAs and capability studies for new or modified processes.

• Grade Student or Masters student in Industrial Engineering.
• Spend time in the production area, ensuring close involvement with daily operations
• Outgoingness and desire to learn
• Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings. The schedule is flexible and you can start between 8 and 10am.
• To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months.
• Be available to start in July.
• High English level

• 💵 Paid internships (depending on the schedule you establish, min. 20 hours and max. 30 hours per week, 700-900 / month)

• Possibility to collaborate remotely depending on the position (up to 2 days per week).
• Duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension or contracting
