Position Title: Deputy Manager - ETS (Tool Design)
Educational Qualification: Diploma (Engineering)
Specialization : Mechanical / NTTF
Experience Range (Min-Max): 4 to 8 years.
Critical Skills Required: Mould design, Moldflow/Moldex3D
Location : Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
- Tool Design of Moulds (Injection and Compression) for electrical, automotive applications
- Collaborate with R&D, NPI/LCM, customers for feasibility studies and part refinement.
- Develop tooling concepts, tool layouts for single and multicavity tooling with and without Hot runner systems.
- Perform tool design calculations and develop designs and drafting in 3D CAD.
- Apply CAE for Polymer Rheology to Validate tool element reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure tool designs are feasible and cost-effective.
Functional Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Mould Designer proficient in Injection mould design for single and multicavity HRS and Non-HRS moulds for Engineering Plastics.
- Experience in compression moulding will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in CREO and CAE software for Moulds
- Knowledge of Short Cycle time Mould design will be added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Moulding machines, moulded part production processes and experience with thermoplastic.
- Experience with thermoset plastics will be added advantage.
